  Believe the negative reviews - they are warranted. It's quite disappointing that this location rests on their brand name, and does absolutely nothing for the client. I have shopped at LV boutiques around the world, and never have I encountered such aloof and disinterested sales persons. They act as if they are doing you a favor to be at your service. I approached seeking guidance on a purse I had recently purchased and was met with judgement and criticism of my concern. It made me feel very awkward and embarrassed. Never should a sales person make their clients feel that way. Even if I had a million dollars to spend - I would not have spent it there.

  I visited LV today and Olivia was awesome. I was cologne shopping she helped me find some great options. She was patient and very knowledgeable.

  Legacy West Louis Vuitton store is outstanding! Olivia made me feel appreciated as a customer. Her warm demeanor and knowledge definitely is to be commended, and I will be back to purchase more items

  We entered the store and were approached by a sweet lady. We were just browsing, but she said she’d follow closely in case we needed her. We browsed throughout the store. At the rear of the store, my husband spotted a print, he had be eyeing for quite some time. As we were looking at it, a rude lady approached us, she said sharply that if we wanted to see that bag (even look at it) someone would have to help us. We were completely flabbergasted. I asked why she was speaking at us so sharply and she resounded that we were too close to the registers. I pointed that we’re not behind the register at all and she stared at us with a disgusted look on her face. Mind you that we were not behind them. We were prepared to spend considerably. And eventually did elsewhere. I’m disappointed that her behavior is tolerated.

  Walked in and out in less than 10 minutes. Greeted at the front and showed me the bag. Don’t know why there are all these negative reviews about this store. If you act entitled and think you deserve the red carpet treatment anywhere - newsflash for you: you don’t rate it. So get over yourself. You’re not all that special.
