Luis in Plano was amazing he had a great attitude, Great customer service skills and he resolved my issue. Great Job Plano !!!!

The new manager, Matt, was unprofessional and unfriendly, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left me with a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this store. The previous manager and team were welcoming and customer focused, and the difference between the past and the current management is significant. Unfortunately, the new team feels unapproachable and lacks the level of customer service that was once a strength of this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.
