I bought 2 bulky sweaters and you decide to rudely & sloppily throw them in the paper bag and hurry me up out of line to check out the next person. You had no choice but to WAIT as I stood there and took them out to nicely place them in the bag. If you are not satisfied with your job please do not work customer service. Safe to say I’ll probably not be coming back to this location.

- DRDavid RogersNov 3, 20253.0i’ve been a long time customer and have always loved going into the store for great deals on my favorite brands, however the last few times i’ve gone into the store have been disappointing to say the least. the selection is not what it used to be and the prices have gone up significantly. i’m always looking for good deals on polo ralph lauren and tommy bahama and both of which have seen a degradation in selection as well as price point. If i do end up finding an item of clothing i like, it’s either sloppy and wrinkled to oblivion with stretched out collars or the price is not worth it. i’ve found much better deals as well as selections at other stores which is disappointing because nordstrom rack used to be one of my favorite places to shop.

You walk in, and sure they have "stuff" and it's organized well, but nothing is exciting (okay maybe the shoes, but so many of the styles on the racks are really out of date). From the grim-looking floor to the basic rack labels, there's no magic, no excitement, no thrill of being on the hunt for bargains. That said, they do have a good selection of clothing if you like basic non-hues like beige, black, and tan. Some burgundy this time of year, too (Fall 2025), but just everything quite meh. The cashiers are nice. The people in the fitting room are nice. It isn't a people issue. It's the lack of vibe, I guess. Anyway, I did find one goofy pair of slacks here on my last visit after perusing every rack. Yes. Every. Probably will need to try a different location that more suits my wistful mood and choice of merchandise. You may have different thoughts, so go check it out, even if only once.
