- PWPortia WebsterSep 2, 20191.0Service was less than professional. We were in the store to do an exchange from an online order placed at the NorthPark location. When we walked up to the counter the store manager asked us to hold on in a very irritated tone while she briefed her associate on numbers. We stood there and listened to the information she was communicating about "making the goals etc.." After that she asked abruptly asked if we had a return- and implied the merchandise had been worn. The jeans had merely been tried on.... It was apparent that Valerie either was having a terrible day and was unable to reel in her emotions or loathes people and customer service. Either way, I'm sure leading a team is a challenge and may not be the best fit for this store manager. Love the brand, but there is nothing more off putting than a brand hiring a front facing ambassador that makes the consumer consider other options, just to avoid people like Valerie.
