We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    Everytime I come into this location at Lululemon I have the most amazing experiences with every single employee that works here. Last night I about left in tears. The young lady in the bright pink zip up jacket last night 11/3 was so rude to me while I came to exchange/return my 2 items. I was accused of trying to steal and trying to do multiple returns for the same item. She was thinking I was lying. I told her I am a teacher and I was exhausted from the day to please work with me. She did everything except that. I could not believe I was being accused of lying about this item that I needed a store credit for, what kind of person in customer service does this to customers? Accuses me of that. Luckily I was able to speak with a representative over the phone for much better customer service and I was able to get the shipping label created and a note in my account saying I will receive the e-gift card once my item is received. This has been like a 3 week process AND I can’t wait to order the new items with the gift card that I have been patiently waiting to do (Still waiting). I hope a manager at the Plano location can help that girl from last night in the pink jacket I could not believe how rude she was to me and how she almost had me in tears. I can’t believe someone like this is behind that counter representing my fave brand with that horrible attitude and customer service.

    I stopped by the Lululemon at Legacy West Sunday Sep/21 around 6:30 and check out around 6:45 pm to buy a jacket. When I got in line to check out, The cashier appeared distracted and unprofessional, laughing and chatting instead of assisting customers. When its finally my turn she asked me if I wanted to pay with cash or card—even though I was clearly holding my Amex. I also gave my sister’s phone number for the 10% discount, but she didn’t explain anything or let me know whether it would apply. She just went straight to the total and told me to pay. When I asked why the discount wasn’t applied, only then did she say my sister would have to be present and show ID. That should’ve been explained upfront. So I walk right out. I would make a call and bring my sister, but honestly, Overall, the lack of communication and dismissive attitude left me feeling unwelcome and unwilling to complete my purchase. I hope management can address this and improve customer service at this location.

    I went here yesterday and for some reason they weren't very attentive to really anyone unless you were waiting to checkout or at the fitting room, only the older lady was actually trying to be helpful and asked if she could help me find everything, overall not a bad experience, I just thought they would be more attention to their customers considering the fact that it is a premium/luxury brand.
