  We entered the store and were approached by a sweet lady. We were just browsing, but she said she’d follow closely in case we needed her. We browsed throughout the store. At the rear of the store, my husband spotted a print, he had be eyeing for quite some time. As we were looking at it, a rude lady approached us, she said sharply that if we wanted to see that bag (even look at it) someone would have to help us. We were completely flabbergasted. I asked why she was speaking at us so sharply and she resounded that we were too close to the registers. I pointed that we’re not behind the register at all and she stared at us with a disgusted look on her face. Mind you that we were not behind them. We were prepared to spend considerably. And eventually did elsewhere. I’m disappointed that her behavior is tolerated.

  Walked in and out in less than 10 minutes. Greeted at the front and showed me the bag. Don’t know why there are all these negative reviews about this store. If you act entitled and think you deserve the red carpet treatment anywhere - newsflash for you: you don’t rate it. So get over yourself. You’re not all that special.

  I bought my wife a LV bag over 20 years ago that needed some refurbishing. I visited the store and was extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and attitude of the all of the associates that assisted me. Adina Arif, the care services specialist, was especially helpful and patient answering questions and following up with additional information and photo's to ensure we were completely satisfied. The bag looked like new and the trim that was replaced matched perfectly with the original bag. The service and customer care is outstanding.

  Brianna was amazing! She was so kind and helped me right away, even letting me browse until I found the perfect necklace. She even took my pictures and made sure I loved them💝! Such a great experience!

  I placed an order in-store and opted for home delivery, which was supposed to require a signature upon receipt. However, the package never arrived, and UPS claimed that I had signed for it. I requested the store to initiate an investigation and obtain proof of the signature, as I did not sign for the delivery. Unfortunately, the case was closed without any evidence provided, and the store merely sent me the standard UPS confirmation of delivery. After a month of back-and-forth communication, the store has now indicated that they are no longer willing to assist me with this issue. Update: I called UPS and make the track the signature. Someone signed with three dots. They updated the dispute and LV returned my money. It's sad the customer had to do the leg work..
