  My experience in this store was exceptional! I came in after a long day at work feeling overwhelmed and desperate. Sales associate TQ kindly asked if she could help me find something. After explaining I needed to find an outfit for an event the next evening, she assisted me with putting together a couple of options. TQ listened, assessed, and selected pieces that were appropriate for the event within minutes. She was so knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. She managed to accomplish this without making me feel any pressure. I left the store outfitted top to bottom! I would also like to add that the entire staff working that evening was so kind and professional. I'm truly grateful for TQ and the sales team! The event was a success and I felt confident in what I was wearing!

  I didn't have any problems with the staff, as some reviewers have commented, but I did find the clothing to be very expensive. They have this gimmick of marking their merchandise super high but put signs above their racks saying "40% Off" etc. Ridiculous. No one wants to play that game. Just mark your clothing at what you're selling it at, and stop trying to manipulate your customers. At any rate, some of the clothing seemed of good quality, but pricing was way too high.

  Good place, helpful staff. But Jcrew could do an overhaul of their collection!
