  Okay Sebastian this one’s for you! I have to say, when it comes to the beautiful jewelry, gold, silver, diamonds, watches and even coin collections, whether buying or selling, this place definitely offers more than a fair price. Staff is welcoming and will do all in their power to assist and accommodate your needs. Should you be looking for something specific, not only will they help find it, they will make you an offer you just can’t refuse. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Now, if you are looking to sell any high end luxury purses, to avoid delays, I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. You will want to ensure the owner & appraiser are there to provide you an offer on the spot. If you are in need of quick funds, this would one of the best places to go. Last but not least, as a rule of thumb, review/ log your items & ensure both parties document & sign everything.   If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went to this place thinking it would be a good and trustworthy choice to fix my necklace. Based on the reviews, I assumed they would handle my jewelry with care. My necklace is 24 karat gold, and it had been broken before, but I’ve had it fixed at other places (outside of the country) where the repair was done so perfectly that you couldn’t even tell it was ever broken. They told me the repair would cost $85 and take about three days. When I went to pick it up after three days, I was charged $93 instead, with no proper explanation. Even worse, the result was not at all what I expected, especially considering how long they had my jewelry. After the repair, I noticed black/dark spots on the chain, and the repaired area is noticeably thinner than the rest of the necklace. It no longer looks even, and the repair is obvious instead of seamless. Because it’s thinner now, I’m worried it will break again much faster. For something as delicate and valuable as 24k gold, I expected a clean, professional repair—not something that looks weakened and altered. I trusted this place with sentimental and valuable jewelry, and I regret that decision. I would not bring my jewelry here again and would not recommend this place for high-quality or delicate gold repairs
