The wallet was still, in bag & box, new condition as it had NEVER been used. They never call back, Even the manager, Sebastian, makes excuses, doesn’t keep his word, nor owns up to his establishments own mistakes, in my case, losing my wallet in pristine & new condition. It’s ridiculous to have to take someone to court over a wallet valued at $770, that can easily be avoided by being an honorable business man and simply cutting a check to make things right and writing it off his books. He claims to have reviewed a video where he doesn’t see a wallet being turned in, however, he has yet to provide that footage as he promised to and I quote, “I’m sending it to your phone now, RIGHT NOW”. I am still waiting for that footage. I’ll keep you posted with daily updates, let’s see how long it takes for the manager Sebastian to provide footage of when I took my purses in. OR… Writes me a check for the new wallet in bag & box that had never been used with retail value of $770, in which they offered $350 for it. OR Meets me in court. Waste of time and money for both parties involved, such bad business and disappointment.
