- TSTianna Shepherd4 days ago5.0My partner and I were in a time crunch trying to find the right dress for her for our reception. I didnt catch the two young ladies names working there but I went between 1 and 2 pm on 11/19/25. We had found a nice dress but it had a stain on it. These two young ladies not only tried to get the stain out but also searched the system for a replacement at other locations - and offered a discount! Talk about customer service!!! They did it all with a smile and we never once felt we were putting them out, although we were in hindsight 😅. We ultimately went with another option from another store but I had to document their kindness and impeccable customer service. We'll be back if we are ever in need of a quality dress with quality service ❤️.

So I asked one of the women working, her name was Ximena, to help me out. She was THE BEST, she was very accommodating and helped me find THE PERFECT outfit to wear once I told her what it was for! I defined recommend going here and getting help from Ximena, you can't go wrong!!!
