I came in needing to make a return, which wasn’t the easiest request, and I also had quite a few questions. Jason was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He never once made me feel like an inconvenience and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. His customer service was exceptional and truly made my experience stand out. Because of him, I would absolutely recommend this store and will definitely be back. Great service all around!

That was very rude of him. Little did he know he lost a sale only because he assumed we weren't going to purchase anything.

I checked into the computer at the gun counter and only waited a minute or two before they called me (Black Friday evening). I asked about a specific rifle and he went to the back to check for me. He came back empty handed and told me sorry they were out. I asked him about other stores and if he could check for me. He asked me if I called them myself to ask. I replied no and thought to myself call a store to see if they have a specific product on Black Friday?! So I went ahead and grabbed Tyler from hunting and had him show me a few safes I had in mind. While looking I asked him if there was a way to check other stores to see if they had the rifle I wanted. He told me there was a device/ thing that he could check but he didn’t have one. He did track one down and looked up the gun for me. League City had plenty in stock. That was customer service! I pulled the trigger on the safe I leaned towards right then and there. I was happy with all Tyler’s knowledge on the safes but on top of that he shared a few things about the rifle I was interested in. He walked me down and got me checked out. Pick up was not a bad at all. Just waiting a few minutes , then loaded up and on my way.
