  I had a very disappointing experience with the Edible Arrangements at 8201 W Broadway St. Suite 141 in Pearland, TX. I placed an online order as a surprise for one of my very best friends who resides in Texas, which included chocolate-covered fruit and a cheesecake, with a guaranteed one-hour delivery. I also clearly specified, via delivery instructions, that the delivery driver should ring the doorbell and hand deliver the items. Unfortunately, none of those instructions were followed. The driver left the order sitting outside on the ground in approximately 80+ degree weather. Because no attempt was made to notify the recipient of the delivery, the items sat outside for over three hours. I ended up having to text my friend which ruined the surprise. She discovered the delivery sitting outside, on the ground, compromised due to the heat. When I contacted the store, I was told this wasn’t delivered by their normal driver due to the one-hour delivery selection, and that Uber handled this delivery. The only resolution offered was a $5 refund for the missed one-hour delivery window. Oh yea, the delivery was late also. I politely declined the $5 refund. The response was extremely disappointing considering the cost of the order and the complete failure to follow basic delivery instructions. I get it may not have solely been the store’s fault for the experience, but the store clerk didn’t even offer to follow up with Uber regarding the poor delivery experience. I was just basically told over and over, it wasn’t their delivery guy. At the end of the day, I paid for a premium service and received a careless delivery and poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this location again.

  Paid over $150 plus for an arrrangement I never received. This place did not even have the decency to call me back about my refund. I was not even told that they do not deliver themselves, they use Uber. The delivery charge was going to be $27 plus taxes on delivery. Never again will I order from this place again. Places have on their sites that they use Door Dash/Uber. This website did not show anything like that! Now it is too late, the person this was for was leaving on vacation.

  Love, love ,love this location. My boyfriend got me a birthday arrangement from here and it was perfection. The chocolate dipped fruit was amazing and delicious. The customer service was great. Everything was perfect and tasted fresh and great. Thank you for the wonderful edible arrangement 💜

  This is hands down the best edible arrangements ever. Cina and Tara are on their game. I will call in the A-Team. Stop to let to make your day the same way they made mine

  This is the location that cares!! It's Boss's Day and I wanted to do something special for my supervisor and manager. Unfortunately, I was running behind because my last patient was running behind and I waited to make sure she got her mammogram. I called Edible Arrangements and explained my dilemma and Val waited 30 minutes for me to get there AFTER her shift. Look at God y'all! I love Edible Arrangements but this is now MY store because I love a side of kindness with my dessert.
