  My visit here was the best amongst others that I previously visited the store is a huge space with a good variety of selections I will definitely be visiting here again for my needs of outside

  ​"I have always been very fond of this establishment and have been a customer for many years. I've had a couple of minor issues with someone on the second floor in terms of service, but everything else is excellent, especially the products and the rest of the staff are very kind and always willing to help you!!!

  this review is specificaly for the marine departments. I have had a boat there several times for issues that originated after purchasing the boat form them. A host of issues have come after that and everytime I bring it in for service It never actually gets resolved. i have a boat that doesnt display fuel levels that is only a year old and it never seems to get fixed for one excuse or anohter. the boat engine coninuesly brakes down and has to come back for warranty repairs but everytime they complete a warranty repair it has a new issue as soon as I pick the boat up. when i purchased the boat here the parts that were upgraded were never returned to me even though I did request them. the batterys that were sold for the trolling system were billed as deep cycle battereys but i recieved basic drive batterys. now the most recent issue the mercury motor has left me stranded in the bay for the 7th time and the dealer just acts as this is a normal thing for a new boat. avoid this center at all cost. go a few miles down the road to big d mairne atleast they have a compatent technician there. i have escelated this through the marine department and have recieved absolute garage customer service from the sales manager at this location.

  Best decision coming here for a firearm! Didn’t get the salesperson’s name, but he was nice and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect firearm I needed. All the staff were friendly and answered every question I asked and the process was quick and easy. I was very surprised. Unlike some stores (Academy), Bass Pro Shops has very professional employees and it is something you rarely see nowadays. I will definitely be back soon!
