  Cute clothes at JcPenny, but I WILL say that even when there are sales, which is most of the time, the prices online are much cheaper. So I go into the store and find what I want, try it on and then while there, find it on their online website and if it's cheaper online, I order online. This way, I get it cheaper and I know the fit ahead of time, so I never have returns ;) Example of savings, $48 jeans on sale... in store for $32.99... online just under $24! Literally just purchased one pair of jeans & 3 sweaters today and saved $25 more than the sales prices in the store. That's the only reason I gave the brick and mortar store 4 stars instead of 5. Would be nice if they'd simply price match their own online prices in the store itself.

  Would never go to JcPenny never again , my father was race profiled there by 2 of your employes, asking him how he planned to pay for everything he had in his basket, they call the cops on him and when manager got involved she said it was all a "misunderstanding" , when the cops showed up when they heard why they got called they even said REALLY!? , we have been going to JCPenny for years, now we know where yall stand, we will cancel our CreditCards with this ungrateful store

  Where can I make a formal complaint on the photography department? I had an appointment booked and when I got there I was told there was a 30 min wait and I had no choice but to wait. One of the employees was extremely rude and her tone was dismissive. Why work at a place where you HAVE to be polite and proper customer service she definitely needs to learn manners and get it together it’s no one’s fault she obviously hates her job. Because I had my 2 kids with me by the time it was our turn to take pictures my children were obviously tired not trying to cooperate didn’t get a proper session we were all very overwhelmed since the studio was hot.

  The jewelry department employees today are extremely slow, disorganized and not helpful. I waited to get assistance with a Bulova watch in the case while the clerk ignored me. Then she walked away after helping some one and there was only one other person working. I decided to just get one of the sale watches on the tables so I could grab it and go. I asked to cut in to check out because this woman that the clerk was helping had been walking back and forth for a while trying to decide on what to purchase. I was finally able to check out and purchase a watch on JCPenney card. When I got to my car to put it on, I noticed that it wasn’t working because the battery was dead. I came back in and waited again. The clerk was still helping the same person for 30+ minutes. The other clerk seemed to be wondering around aimlessly and helping some man that just randomly walked up. Then one of the clerks yells out there is a sign in roster to get assistance. And I was able to return it. The clerk ask if I had just purchased it today like she hadn’t seen me the last hour waiting around. My face may not be memorable but I am wearing a bright neon green sweatsuit so it’s hard to believe she didn’t see me the first 3 times she ignored me asking for help. Waisted 1 hr just to leave with nothing and had a terrible experience to boot. I’d rather shop online.
