Including the tip!!! UPDATE 2/15/2026 The item was just delivers at 3pm 2/15/2026 from an original order time of 7am 2/14/2026. Per Delivery Policy the item was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 5pm because it was going to a business!!! Look at what easy delivered!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Called at 7pm to check on status. Turns out they never assigned it to be delivered. For a business that’s been established this long and do these busy days year round and every year, there should be a check and confirmation in place. I’m very disappointed they didn’t have it in place especially 2 weeks in advance. There should have been a check and confirmation 1 week out then 3 days before, the night before, the morning of, and throughout the day. I should not have to call and check on my order. There’s a reason for a service and delivery fee.
