My one Concerning comment is that if they are doing the work themselves, they are always beautiful, but if they are wiring the order to another Florist you’re at their mercy And my experience has not been good in that respective. Breen’s will always get my local delivery orders.

Their website has beautiful floral pictures, ordering and payment process was very easy. The day of delivery, they shared a photo of the beautiful plant🪴 they will be delivering. I appreciate them sending the photo. "It's the small things in life that are valuable." Once the recipient receives the floral or plant I ask them to send me a photo. Not anymore... Breen's Florist is now my new Florist! I appreciate the Customer Service. Great job Staff!!
- KWKatherine WashingtonDec 21, 20255.0Breen's came to my rescue. My Council Member needed to send get well flowers to her mentor. After several phone calls with no luck to other florist in the area, I call Breen's and Carol answered on the first ring. Carol was so helpful I really didn't want flowers I wanted a plant something that would last. Carol made her suggestion and I was happy with it. To go further we had it delivered but no one was home they brought it back to the shop, Carol communicated to tell me that they would hold the plant giving me time to get more information. The next day my CM said someone would be there but gave permission if not just leave on the porch. I explained to my CM that I have ordered a plant without flowers and the plant would be OK if it was left on the porch. Needless to say my CM gave me KUDOS for my decision. Thank you Breen's and Carol for making this last minute purchase a success. I have added Breen's to my contact list, they will be my go to for ordering flowers for the future. I give them a 100 on the report card. Thanks again. Katherine Washington
