I understand with it being Valentine’s that they are busy but doesn’t give them an exception on cutting corners for the overpriced items us customers pay to get it. Not only was the platter shorted but they also kept the bear that I placed with the order so practically stolen $13 dollars for a $5 bear. Attached is for the product I ordered and the second is product received. Very disappointing and a big let down.
