- DHDarron Hodge2 days ago3.0Bass Pro Shops, will not process a warranty return. They will sell it to you. If it needs a warranty service. You'll need to find a gun dealer that will process it for you. Buy your guns from someone that will process your warranty.

I signed up at the kiosk for an appt. because no one will speak to you otherwise. I was 5th in line when I signed in and 30 minutes later, I was 4th in line. At this rate it would have taken a couple of hours to just to speak to someone. Who has that kind of time? I left and will most likely make my purchase elsewhere.
- ALAileen L.GNov 15, 20251.0My husband and I went to buy a fire arm, we were met with a very racist and rude man named Cory at the fire arm station. We were immediately racially profiled. We felt very bad for the initial nice old man David who was helping us. Not only did we get screamed at, but he screamed at the nice old man who was nothing but patient and helpful to us. My husband is hard of hearing which is why I must speak louder to him so he could hear. Cory immediately assumed that just because we are hispanic that we did not speak or understand English. He was quick to try to dismiss us and told my husband that I could not speak to him in Spanish and that everything must be in English. I do not see the issue in me speaking Spanish to him, my husband knows English well enough to fill out his application/form which is what matters. He was allowed to fill out the form once I answered Cory in a firm tone that he was allowed to look at his social and his license to put in the correct information. He then proceeded to treat a group of hispanic men the same way he treated us.The group of men did say he had said that "we are in America, you must know English". If he does not want to run into hispanics he should probably move out of West Texas, the majority of your customers are hispanic. Especially here in Odessa.

We don’t have a big variety of shopping areas here and now being able to shop here will help if you need outdoor items, sport gear, clothing or anything else you may want. This store was beautifully built. They do need better checkout areas as you always have to wait to get checked out and the checkout process is slow.
- JDJohn DarvilleNov 4, 20252.0Nice store …. But: Even though we barely missed the fight, the store was awful. Terribly understaffed, with ONE checker working and a 75’ line. Left my item in the “customer service” counter and left. Should have stayed just a few minutes so we could have seen the brawl in the line to the restroom! They should have postponed the opening and been prepared … bringing in staff from other stores to open with a bang rather than blows!
