They will do anything not to assist a customer, or they are just incompetent not sure which. I would drive to North Star Mall or San Marcos before entering Creekside. Revision: looking at other reviews I see others had similar issues. I will be sending a formal letter of complaint. When a cashier is rude to a customer in front of a manager who then says to the customer while you do have an attitude, long story but this was over 2 visits for which they screwed up an order and somehow canceled it when they were just asked to check on the status of it!
