Mind you its dyed black. But you are a stylist and im aware of the process steps and am ok with working to get it to where i want it. This isn't my first rodeo. She just kept coming up with reasons not to touch my hair. Waisted my time of 3 weeks of waiting for this change being super excited to get the process started just to be walking out disappointed with the rude stylist.
