She was extremely rude, first to the couple in front of us (Hispanic descent), and then to my autistic 6-year-old. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last. I wish I had kept shopping online because this store is DEPRESSING! Not only is everything absolute chaos and extremely unorganized but the majority of clothing was only L-XXL. Barely any small sizes!! Fitting room smelled like a freshly opened can of BODY ODOR!! Dont blame the stinky people because did I forget to say there is no AC in this store?! in the middle of the Texas summer!! There were like 2 people working there. It was dead dead dead :( I know the days of physical shopping are a thing of the past for the most part but come on! Ive never seen a kohls look like this :'( Its almost cool in a liminal space sort of way.
