I approached the customer service rep and he processed the return. Upon handing me a gift ( as I didn't have original purchase receipt), I saw that I received a whooping $28 on the card. The purse goes for $76 per the website. I promptly asked why the amount was so low And was told it was reduced as I didn't have original purchase receipt. I was rather put off by the lack of people skills this CSR had. After thinking it over, I asked to see the manager. The store manager, I believe his name was Jason, went above and beyond and ensured I left happy. I was just gonna ask for purse so I could get receipt and the full refund for it, but he went ahead and gave me the current price it's going on a gift card. Thank you Jason for upholding customer service in your position. I appreciate you putting me above the mighty dollar. I will be returning because you made me feel like a valued customer.
