- LCLatrese Bell (Prana Chi)Sep 3, 20252.0Customer service is trash!! Okay selection of clothes. Nevia (I assume Im pronouncing the name correctly, was a better interaction. However, coming through the door I got side eyed and not greeted. I spoke first to initiate contact with employee and was met with disdain and drawback to speak. I asked how are you? Because maybe she was having a bad day. She replied "fine" with a quick glance upward. Well if this how employees operate on a "fine" day then Im appalled. If they thought I was stealing I wouldn't be able to shake their presence. But your presence cant be offered in a position interaction, a welcoming greeting towards your customers?!! Smh very off putting energy and demeanor. The only reason why I didn't give one star is because I found what I came in for. Exchanged the brown outfit for the blue jean pants and bought the jeans shoes for my daughter.

The young lady that was at register was not a nice person as a role of providing customer service. People that work on that role should at least try to be polite to customers.
