- ALAdrian LopezFeb 1, 20261.0I have always bought Oakley sunglasses for over 20 years. I have always had great experiences at the midland mall but today it was terrible. I went in to ask about the insurance program they have for glasses and when I walked in to ask about it I was greeted with serious unprofessional behavior. The employee Mr Cortez was extremely rude and condescending. We días sed the issue and I explained that I was mis informed about the program. There was no apology or empathy towards the situation just a smug look and I am sorry but I can’t help you. I understand the reasoning but the delivery of the whole conversation was terrible. Needless to say I will not be shopping at that location ever again. They have one employees that is awesome. He has long hair and a great attitude. As for Mr Cortez ,he needs to find a different profession that doesn’t involve customer service.

I’d been doing nonstop research on YouTube trying to find the perfect pair, and these checked every box. They’ve got that clean, modern Oakley look, and the transition lenses are a game changer — clear indoors, smooth grey tint outdoors, no hassle. Lightweight, super comfortable, and I get compliments every time I wear them. Definitely one of my best pickups lately.
