There was a very helpful and sweet guy who assisted us last night. He immediately acknowledged us and went out of his way to help us.
The next day, on November 22nd, we had to return because my daughter had lost a bracelet. We were so grateful to the girl and boy who had held it and returned it to us. They were honest and kind people.

Rude staff. No acknowledgement that I was there. No hello or how can I help you. Wasn’t welcoming looked around the store, no one wanted to help with the dressing room, was rude and rolled their eyes when I asked. All the workers are cuddled up next to each other no customer care.

If I could give 0 stars I would I’m currently here on a Saturday at 3:57 pm the 4-5 girls that are working the floor are standing in one corner just talking and gossiping. No hospitality, no welcoming, or trying to help. I asked where an item was they didn’t move from their spot to help me. Rolling their eyes when you ask them a question. No one at the dressing rooms to help.

I placed an order online to be picked up at the store. When I walked in all employees were behind the counter None acknowledged me until I stood right at the front. When I told them I was there to pick up none of them acted like they wanted to help. I ordered one tank top. The one employee that went to go get the shirt, stuck it in a bag and handed me the bag. I did not look at the shirt until I got home. When I pulled it out, it was inside out very wrinkly, and the tag was not on it at all. The tag was nowhere to be found. It looked like it had Been worn or at least tried on. The level of customer service at that store is very low in my opinion.
