He deserves to be promoted. He has the perfect character and personality for a management position. I say this, because I was a manager for years at 3 different stores back in my day. Also there was another Hispanic young guy who was also very sweet. Very pleased with the customer service and they went over and beyond for us. We bought 1 pair in store and ordered another pair online because they were out of sizes in store on one shoe we wanted Anyway, we will be back 👍🏾
