However, before even 30 days of use, the sunglasses simply stopped charging for no apparent reason. There were no drops, bumps, or misuse. When I returned to the store after calling the day before and clarifying my doubt about whether I could exchange them, I received an even more unpleasant surprise: they wanted to charge me an additional $82 for the "exchange," even though the product was in perfect physical condition and clearly had a manufacturing defect. I refused to pay this unjustified amount and instead asked for a refund, as I had completely lost confidence in both the product and the store's service. I prefer to buy my sunglasses elsewhere that respects the warranty and respects the customer. A very frustrating experience. If you're thinking about buying this type of technology, avoid this place. They don't live up to the service one expects when buying something in this price range.
