I booked 2 facials and each time I showed up I was told the esthetician/ stylist was not there or gone and it’s only 2 people who do facials. They didn’t call me on either occasion to tell me before I wasted my time, energy and gas driving to the store. At this point they need to stop advertising facials knowing they don’t have a person dedicated to doing facials full time. This is poor customer service and false advertisement at its finest! I hope this isn’t a reflection the salon but I wouldn’t be surprised.
