Thus, the following day on 10/18 the business owner/manager stated that she would refund the amount paid, via debit card. After repeated calls with the senior person the refund was never processed. Today 10/25 we filed a dispute with our bank. Would highly recommend staying away from this business with such a lack of empathy for it's customers and fraudulent practices.
