- SDSkye DelgadoFeb 16, 20261.0I would give negative stars if I could!!! Update your stupid business hours on google please! I drove from Corpus Christi to get shirts. The google listing stated that you are open until 9:00pm, I walked in the store at 7:55 just to be told they were not taking anymore sales and that they were closing at 8:00. This is infuriating! The associates working definitely didn’t help with their unprofessional customer service. Columbia use to be my favorite brand to dress my entire family in, after wasting $100 in gas driving here and back…. just to be rudely told the store is closing and I couldn’t even use the last 5 mins to purchase anything! I have no words to even describe how disappointed I am, I feel ripped off and lied to since I went by the store information that is posted to line in reference to your “Columbia Store”. 😡🤮🤯👎 You can see in the screen shot of the store information that is available online, closing time clearly states it is 9:00pm! Also I shared a screen shot of my map showing just how far I drove to visit this store! It is a 2.5 hour drive each way, or 288 miles round trip however you want to look at that!
