Then what did it was he offered me Pennie’s for my silver because he said that “no one is refining silver because of the price surge” I was floored the silver was just shy of 1.5 ounces and he offered me $22 and tried saying it weighed 39 grams even though I weighed it prior to arriving. No arguing thanked him left went elsewhere a got exactly what it was worth.!
