She knows the names of every repeat customer and their retail clothing needs (i.e., preferability, size, color, style, etc.), especially me. Colleen is always extremely helpful and shows so much attention and care to each customer who walks in the door. She is also a "resolution expert" whenever an issue may present itself with lack of in-store inventory or varied sales pricing. Colleen is certain to service Lane Bryant's customers with utmost professionalism, attentioned understanding, and creative methods to ensure that every person is pleased with their experience and purchase(s). Even when I'm just browsing the McKinney store, I've witnessed Colleen with so many other customers over the years and her character, kindness, and respect is exceptional toward everyone. She is also very knowledgeable of Lane Bryant's brand and operating systems while being incredibly patient with training new hires. Overall, Colleen is truly a treasured asset for Lane Bryant and she is one of the main reasons why I choose to shop at this specific location.
