    Return nightmare! Purchased shoes on Thursday, tried them on with outfits at home and didn’t like the way it looked. On Saturday I tried to return them and was told that shoes were used. Bottom of sole was spotless. Terrible customer service. Manager is argumentative and lacks professionalism.

    I love going to this store. I always find what i need and the prices are great. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was when i had to wait for this girl who was working there to stop checking herself out in the mirror so she could help me with finding a shoe.
