- JDJ and V DragonfliesJan 30, 20264.0La Plaza Mall is the best mall we’ve visited in Texas. It’s bright, open, and spacious, with a great layout and a solid mix of stores. The Starbucks is also a nice touch and a perfect spot to take a break. Overall, it’s a really pleasant place to spend time. The only downside is the kid carts available for rent—they’re dirty, sticky, and feel very cheaply made, which makes them annoying to ride. This mall is otherwise so well-kept that this really stands out. Fixing or upgrading the kid carts would make the experience even better.

- ERElsa RamosJan 18, 20261.0I went went to the mall this Sunday morning and by 11:30 that I took my niece to the east side restrooms by Kendra Scott the family restroom and woman’s restrooms were filthy seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned the night before because the mall opens today at 11:00 am. Tried going to the restrooms on the north side and they were the same way. I find this very disturbing and irritating specially when you expect some kind of cleanse from a place with high price retail stores. I had to make my 6 yrs old niece wait till we went to Target. With so many people who visit from out of town, I can only imagine what they’ve encountered… What an EMBARRASSMENT!
