Jesse helped out so much on the floor being that the store was packed and he was on top of everything.. he helped getting me some nice pants that all fit perfectly and Debby was a peach at the fitting room section she helped with another size for me and brought them for me . Cindy also was very great at the register.. thanks for the smiles and the great connection today… keep on being great guys… Great morning team today and great customer service 💜 02/26/26

- AMAnnaysa MunozJan 24, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. Went to go return a pant and I only took off the price tag but the tag with the size and details was on the back part of the pant. I had bought the pant online and I needed a different size, so brought them in here, I asked if I could get a refund or an exchange and the cashier was hesitant and called her manager. I didn’t get her managers name but it’s a bald, short man that works there and he just comes up and says it’s washed no, so rudely, and walked away. How was the pant gonna be washed if it had a paper tag…. Duhhh. Also he said the back part of the pant looked washed got out the register and was gonna try to demonstrate the same pant instead stood there quietly cause he knew he was wrong again duuuh cause that’s the design. Now I’m stuck with a $60 pant that I can’t even wear. I’ve also heard the same story with other girls, this store gives such a hard time and no good service.
