- AIAlondra ItzelJan 5, 20261.0Very poor management, as management gave out tickets for the new stranger things creel house release ahead of time to people who sneaked in 2 hours before mall was even open to the public and were told to come back when the Lego store officially opens leaving no tickets to the people who actually waited respectfully outside for mall opening. People who sneaked in shouldn’t have been given a ticket as they have trespassed. And security should be more on top of things as people are easily getting in ahead of opening hours.
- LSLorena SilvaJan 5, 20261.0Poor organization, poor management. So we waited outside by the food court since 5:00am, to try to get a newly released Lego set. When a mall worker opened the doors for us (around 8:00am) we ran to Lego & formed a line. JUST for the manger to come out and tell us that “people had already been there around 7:00am & they received tickets to return at 10:00am when the store opened. When we asked how those people got in the mall (because it was technically closed at 7:00am), the manger just shrugged & said he didn’t know. We told him that it was not fair that we waited till the proper time to enter the mall and form a line outside the store. It was not fair that a family snuck into the mall, trespassing, and somehow still received a ticket for their spot in line??? Manger “J R” said that there was nothing he could do about people sneaking in. However we told him that he absolutely has control over WHEN they start distributing tickets to customers. All the disappointed customers agreed that they should NOT start handing out tickets until around 8:45 (when the security ACTUALLY opens the mall, DUH) How are y’all gonna be giving tickets BEFORE the mall is even open to the public? He repeatedly told us there was nothing he could do, how disappointing to hear a manger say that. When we asked the people that were able to get tickets, how they managed to get into the mall before everyone, they claimed a LEGO WORKER let them know of an employee door that was unlocked. Again, manager refused to acknowledge this. I completely understand first come first serve. But this was an obvious uneven playing field & no one stepped up and had accountability for this chaos.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
