  UPDATED REVIEW FOR 2026 I am unfortunately lowering my review to 1 star. Despite waiting two additional years, I still have had no contact from the salesperson I previously spent 10k with. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again: if we do not publicly call out Rolex ADs for this kind of behavior, they will continue to take advantage of customers. Original review, Sept 2024: Had a good experience purchasing my first rolex here, but now I've been on the "wait list" for more than 5 years for a more sought-after model and the sales associate has been very unresponsive and dismissive. Very surprising considering I spent 10k on a watch here. If you're trying to build a business relationship with a Rolex AD I would recommend somewhere else.

  So I was out on a trip in New York City. Saw a watch I liked. Took a picture of it and sent it to Nancy. She didn’t have it in stock but had one on the way. I decided to purchase in McAllen because of the customer service Nancy has provided over the years. Thank you
