  I ran my engagement ring through the disposal over 7 years ago and it just sat sad and neglected in my jewelry box. It was so mangled, I thought it might need to be melted down and remade. I went in to Mansfield Fine Jewelry and they said they could fix it up. The woman at the counter was so warm and welcoming. I just got the ring back and it looks exactly as it did when I received it. Thank you so very much for the excellent work! I appreciate getting this back to its original condition.

  Family owned and operated. The staff is always professional and treat me like a VIP! Quick, courteous, knowledgeable and kind even just to change out a battery or links in a band.

  We loved working with Thomas!! He kept in constant communication with us, worked with us on designing our beautiful ring, and even helped my fiance add his own little secret surprise!!   Excellent experience. Knowledgeable staff does great work, even on custom pieces. Beautiful showroom as well, full of awesome jewelry. Would def recommend.
