    I am absolutely appalled at the atrocious unprofessional behavior of the worker at store 1112 who answered my call at 3:20 on 10/15/25. I ordered a gift for my boss and called the store to see about a time for delivery. Stated that I just ordered and the lady cut me off and coldly spouted that businesses take priority, (she knew my order was to a residence), so it came across as very rude. Honestly, if she had said it in a professional manner, it wouldn't have escalated. Anyway, I said i wanted to cancel my order because of how rude she was. Within 10 seconds, it escalated it into a yelling match of her just arguing for no reason. I had to raise my voice just to try to speak over her. Asked her at least 5 times to stop talking so i can cancel my order. Her response was that she cant cancel my order (that is a lie), that she didnt want my business anyway, and hung up on me. Then I call back and she says (with attitude of course) she canceled it. So, clearly a liar. This was the worst 2 minute conversation with anyone in my life. I hope management listens to the call cause this lady doesnt need to be client facing. Ill probably never order from Edible Arrangements again.

    Absolutely terrible the hours of the store say they are open until 7 I arrived at the store at 620 there was some one at the register she saw me about to go in the store and lock the door and ran to the back 0 out of 10

    I ordered two items for Father's Day and they only delivered one, and I called and they said they would deliver it in 1 hour but that didn't happen.
