- BBBae BaeNov 6, 20251.0I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RACIST STORE. While I was shopping, the store manager and regional associate followed every movement I made. Every time I looked up, they were standing in my view. The 3rd time I notice their presence, the store manager was looking in my direction. I walked a couple feet to a section that was covered by a wall, 1 minute later, the store manager and regional associate are walking down the pathway toward me - I would guess because I was no longer in their view. I was a store manager, I know their habits/behaviors, those ladies were profiling me. PERIOD. Of course the associates will DENY that they were profiling me but WATCH THE CAMERAS BETWEEN 5:30p - 6p on 11/06/25, at the home/kitchen equipment section. I had curly hair, black pants, gray shirt, African American race - watching those cameras will clear those associates name of any wrong doing. I want someone to explain to me why every time I moved, they moved. Anyway, I will take my money to KOHLS. KOHLS has the same product/pricing and I don’t have to worry about racism. Side note - I also asked for a full size cart but the store manager said they only have the smaller carts, they don’t carry full size - although I seen shoppers with full size carts. AS YOU CAN TELL, I AM PISSED.
