  Women beware! The Lufkin store management is horrible. On Monday December 26, 2022 I went to Penny's and tried on 3 articles of clothing. When I came out of my dressing room there was a young man in the dressing room area. I asked him if he was aware he was in the ladies dressing room and if he would leave. His girlfriend swung open her dressing room door raising hell. I proceeded to get management. One of the managers made a b line towards the man who was now standing outside the dressing room area. She walked up to him and told him he was okay that everything was okay. Never once apologized to me. I said, "are you kidding me?" At that point she said loudly and rudely, "don't raise your voice to at me, then threatened to call the cops because I gave her the clothes back. She never called the cops instead went and got two other employees. I was asked to leave. I think it is implied that the women's dressing area is for women NOT men because it's in the women's clothing section. However there is no sign indicating who or what gender it's for. Btw, I am a God assigned woman. JCPenney's is NOT PROTECTING WOMEN AT THIS STORE. Please use caution at this store. You are not a valued customer. I will be making a complaint against JCPenney and this manager. This includes to JCP corporate, better business bureau and any consumer protection agency that will take such complaints. And doing some research in my state to better understand the protection rights of women. Please pass this info on to other women in our community, Lufkin.

  I found what I was looking for after searching for a little while. However my husband was not able was not able to find what he co wanted 😞

  We got my daughter her prom dress, heels, bracelet, earrings, spanks and fancy bra for $130! Used Jcpenney app and saved even more. Very nice staff.
