- ABanonymous bNov 16, 20252.0Went in last week and was not greeted when I walked in or was looking around. when I walked up to the register the cashier, a white brunette female with a limp, didn’t say a single word before or while ringing me up. she didn’t ask for my number for my rewards account or even give me my total. when handing me my bag I said “thank you”, and once again not a single word from her. this is one of the main reasons why I do not shop at our local AE. I’d rather make the drive to tyler or the woodlands where great customer service is shown and given. the times I have come into AE in lufkin, hallie is the only associate who always speaks and is helpful! everyone else is rude and doesn’t acknowledge guests.
