  Have never had a problem with this store. Order online and also in store. Saturday, I went in to take my daughter for a formal dress for a banquet. As I knew it was going to be busy, we were patient and enjoying the time looking. All employees, that’s including the manager, were laughing away, not even an interest in helping any customers. Acting as if it was a damn hangout. Complained that why were all these people here , it’s raining why not stay home. People were walking out. If my daughter wasn’t in tow, let me tell you I would have given my vocal opinion and wouldn’t have been pretty either. As a supervisor/manager for a large retail company of 10 years and now an owner of my own company of 6, I would be appalled if any of my customers were treated this way. You made all these sweet girls have the worst prom experience ever. It should have been fun and exciting. Mothers, including myself, were in shock. And if this manager of this store is reading this, LIV I believe is what the front clerk told me, shame on you for not taking your job seriously and having staff follow along with this unprofessional act. Windsor, you need to check in on your stores and staff a little more. Unannounced!!!!
