- ANAshalee NicoleFeb 15, 20261.0After attempting to fix my lens for 6 weeks the store manager Lizette was not helpful, she was disrespectful, and gave me nothing but problems over sunglasses I’ve paid for and the lenses to replace them. She acted as if she was great for reordering what she messed up in the first place. She is rude and terrible at her job. She was the absolute worst store representative that I’ve had to deal with.

I went in for a sunglass cleaning and they informed me that "they didn't have time for that", they then decided to clean immeaditly after informing me I need to pick it up at the end of the workday. I then got smart comments from the lady who finally decided to clean them. If I am paying $270 in sunglasses then I should at least not be treated like an inconvenience when I come in for the service that agreed to. I am ordering online next time.
