The sales representative went out of her way to find items to satisfy my spontaneous request. And always chose the discounted items first. Would love to have military discount but at least we found on sale items to work for my needs. Plus size heaven.

Manager Gina was rude and loud, was willing to lose future sales over a $10 return. She was wrong and keep saying that it had been worn even though stickers were still stuck to shirt. It had deodorant under one arm from trying it on. It was not the fact that it could not be returned it was the way she spoke to me in front of a full house. I was embarrassed and mad. Will never shop Lane Bryant again
