- BMbrendan masseyFeb 25, 20221.0I’m currently on day 17 of trying to get the arrangement I sent my wife for Valentine’s Day. I ordered it on 2/9/22 and it never arrived. Colin the manager emailed me about product availability or lack there of. I said I understand as I am a business owner myself. When you call the number for a refund you go through the same process. The store has to approve the refund. Just avoid this place like you would a plague. Thanks for nothing Colin.

I placed an order on line on Sunday, 12/20/20 to be delivered on 12/22/20 to a local Lubbock address since I live in South Texas. I called, no contact, msg states that the number has been changed and the new number is unavailable. Needless to say, the delivery date came and went and no item was delivered. My sister in law's Birthday was ruined. Called corporate on Tuesday to request a full refund and was advised that the store had completely closed.
