Meanwhile, a blond with a pink sweater kind of followed and eyed both me and my husband, and our son..... and our Barnes and Noble bag. When we got to the register she took over for some reason instead of giving the sale to the person who actually helped us and as my husband went to pay she was trying to peek into our bags as we were standing there. Very odd and not welcoming at all. I usually shop online because I work full time. It bothered my husband more than me. We really wish we could've gave our sale to the lady who helped us instead of the person who watches us in the store and made us feel unwelcomed.

Six people left the line because we waited so long. Once in the store, service felt like I was bothering them just being there.
