  Just don’t. Their jeans are nice, but the drama in the store is just too much. MAYBE just deal online. The simplest exchange turns into the most difficult experience. What should be just an even swap, of course costs more money because they don’t have the products in store that they have online. first, the tags were off, so I had to get the approval from the manager that they were, in fact, unworn. Then, of course, the pairs I tried on for size turned out to be the wrong product stocked in the wrong spot. When I got to the transaction, they were trying to charge me double for the same pair of jeans because turns out it wasn’t exactly the same pair as previously mentioned. They were able to price match a lower price somewhere which would’ve raised the price to another $12. I suppose that’s better than charging me double for the same jeans I had already bought. When I said “OK that works” the cashier then proceeded to give me a refund that I never asked for. (Turns out the refund won’t be processed for five business days and since it’s Christmas coming up around that time, it’ll probably take longer) When she put the jeans away from me, I asked why I couldn’t then get the jeans I went through all this drama to get? Then I asked why I couldn’t have just bought the jeans for the $12 difference? Now I’m out $40 for a different pair of jeans that I already bought for $25.

  I haven’t bought decent jeans in YEARS. I walked into AE stressed and anxious about this jean buying excursion I was on but that quickly changed!! A sweeeeet, knowledgeable, well spoken girl by the name of Lyrik asked me if needed help. I was seriously blown away by her customer service and knowledge!! I explained in detail what I wanted, she told me she knew exactly what I was after and the first pair of jeans I tried on were a hit! I bought 4 pairs! I even asked a gazillion questions and she had an answer to everything. Give that girl a Christmas bonus or a raise!!! It’s rare to find employees like her!

  $27.96 black Friday sale. My boys show up and Lubbock doesn’t have theirs on Sale yet. Charge $37 a pair then the other with identical purchase $45 a pair. Showed them receipts and asked why and they said well it was 2 different cashiers and wouldn’t change it to the same price. Video of the event was made if management is interested in seeing!
