  The worst my daughter was trying to use her employee discount the leader has to call the store to verify how do you not know how to call out my daughter had to call from her phone because he was acting like he didn't know how to use a phone. Then didn't ask for a manager to verify her employment the associate that answered he asked her. Then when trying to put her employee ID didn't know what he was doing am sorry but doing retail for more then 20 years you make sure that your leaders have that knowledge and you make sure they ask the right person and then another manager comes well she is no help either was confused I was like you need to print a copy of employee discount and tape them to register so you know let's work smarter not harder. I was very annoyed cause we had to make that call with our phone like make that make sense.

  I haven’t bought decent jeans in YEARS. I walked into AE stressed and anxious about this jean buying excursion I was on but that quickly changed!! A sweeeeet, knowledgeable, well spoken girl by the name of Lyrik asked me if needed help. I was seriously blown away by her customer service and knowledge!! I explained in detail what I wanted, she told me she knew exactly what I was after and the first pair of jeans I tried on were a hit! I bought 4 pairs! I even asked a gazillion questions and she had an answer to everything. Give that girl a Christmas bonus or a raise!!! It’s rare to find employees like her!

  $27.96 black Friday sale. My boys show up and Lubbock doesn’t have theirs on Sale yet. Charge $37 a pair then the other with identical purchase $45 a pair. Showed them receipts and asked why and they said well it was 2 different cashiers and wouldn’t change it to the same price. Video of the event was made if management is interested in seeing!
