They change their hours of operation constantly....... change the days they are open without any notice.... .. when you take time off from work to get recalibratad... .no one is there...... you call the service center, they don't care....... I was told to drive to Tyler because it's the only one open....... told me they close at 11:45 for lunch..... I got there at 1:00....... they told me I had to wait till 2:00 cause they were just going to lunch..... lost a full day of work, almost got fired over these jerks.....they do not care.. . . Everyone I talked to was rude and condescending......

What do I need to bring to my installation?

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
