FYI that is the same amount I would have had to pay if I sent my order back by USPS. I drove to JC Penny's to return to store for free and was told that I would get my full refund of 31.33. Yall be careful ordering from them. They have lost my business. Response to their response. I appreciate you looking into this. I did ask the clerk at the return counter if I was going to get a full refund and she said yes. We didn't break down the charges. I took it as I would receive the 31.33.
