- RJRenita JonesNov 24, 20252.0I have been into the Longview Mall store the past 2 Saturdays. Not sure if this older lady with dark hair is the manager or what but she is absolutely hateful and rude to customers. You would have thought I asked her to rip off her toenails when I asked if they had any other sizes in the back. When she came out after looking I was waiting for her response and she said one of the cashiers could help me. Not much had changed the next Saturday. The same lady was on the floor, we asked a question, she gave a snippy remark (not an answer) and she never made eye contact much less greeted anyone who walked into the store. We came home and I ordered online. She needs to be gone! Can’t even imagine how she treats the employees in there.
