No it was a pain to get it done and took forever to get someone to talk to and send it and then find out it wasn’t sent and then they said it was but it was for someone else! It was bad! Cannot wait to get this thing gone and over with! I’m not a new customer and quit charging me as a new install every time I get a replacement! I need my account reviewed and fixed to be able to pay what is actually owed and credit given for days I didn’t use it while waiting for this replacement!!!’ If you look at the notes sent from Jason at The place that does the calibration u will see we have been trying for MONTHS to fix this account! Jason is great it’s the company Lifesafer that is awful! They don’t answer their phones and put u on hold then take forro call u back and deal with the problem and when they finally do they don’t!

The technician is not experienced & will blame your car not the equipment for messing it up. Installation took him 5 hrs. I had to get my car towed not even 3 weeks of having it at my expense and they first said it was the battery then someone tried to steel my car then it was a fuse. They do not take responsibility for their bad performance. Also I got charged. I recommend everyone to go to Smart Start. Lifesafer is not it. They hire any third party to do their labor work. Kimberly Hersam Was the call center rep who was also rude and takes no responsibility for the company she works for. All she did was make excuses for the technician who is under qualified.
