It still said ready for pickup after that date. I called customer service a week later and after asking me to hold, then coming back to the phone calling me sir (I'm a woman who sounds like a woman) I was told they would cancel it and return it to my form of payment. It didn't happen, so I chatted with customer service who couldn't do anything because it was a ship to store order. I called the store again and the phone rang and rang for customer service. I'm going to have to go up there to cancel an order that they were supposed to cancel twice already. Crazy
