    UPDATE 1/7/25 : MY ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN. THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE. INSTEAD OF REACHING OUT TO ME AND TELLING ME ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK THEY JUST SEND ME WHATEVER THEY HAVE AVAILABLE. HORRIBLE 2nd Update: Horrible Experience. So it turns out the ring was always out of stock at JCP. All could been avoided if they sent an email stating ring was not available instead of sending the wrong size in the beginning. A simple email and a new ring could of been chosen since the first delivery. They wanted a sale I guess. Conclusion, Nothing can be done but to reach out to the seller of the ring. Other than that I’m left with the wrong ring or simply return it. It’s out of their hands. Oh and finally I got a number to escalation department after days of asking. Too late. Update: I called the number, man on the line was upset that I was referred to that number, left me talking and transferred me to the store where they also cannot help me. The man left me talking and just cold transferred me. Their online ordering is in need of some updates. If you are bigger than a size 7 ring for women, I recommend you go somewhere else. We ordered a 14 K gold ring size 9, and received a size 7. When we returned it and re-ordered they ordered me a 10 K without telling me by the way. They told me it was the same one and I just found out that it’s not. I am waiting for my order and I will pick up in store, but I already know that I will be disappointed because it is not the original ring ordered. We got compensation by the way after being told we could only get $5 gift card for the poor experience. It went up to 100 but this was before being told the ring is not what we had ordered. They messed up the email on the warranty, told us we have to call and fix it when I ask about three times if they can fix it. I also asked if I could just speak to someone 3-4x instead of messaging back-and-forth on Instagram and they kept giving me the runaround finally they gave me just a customer service number so we can start over with someone else. Also asked if they can start just getting me the ring that ordered so they sent a useless link to an out of stock ring which by the way they sent me so we can also just fix the problem ourselves. Their online system needs update, their customer service system needs update, and they need to better their waiting time on the customer service line to less than an hour at least. I was on hold for an hour and 30 minutes and only spoke to someone for 20 minutes and they told me they basically cannot help me. You can see on the original specifies 14 K and on the re-order it doesn’t. This post will be updated: I am waiting to get a hold of someone over the phone in regards to the chat on Instagram. Someone that can actually follow up on the chat and just fix everything for me instead of having me call and do everything myself that I did not mess up to begin with. They’re concerned about account protection, but they have all my information. PS The original ring was supposed to arrive December 22 and it got here about two weeks earlier. The re-order ring was supposed to get here before December 31 and now it’s pushing it to January 5.
